The technology used in EventPOS is fast and easy to support. The system uses LINUX as an operating system; the server is also LINUX based, using a very fast and lightweight database structure. This increases database performance and stability.
The language and environment to develop Event POS is very up-to-date and has very few dependencies. The whole system is web based and designed on the server with local caching at each client’s till. As well as improved reliability, this approach brings the opportunity for very fast development and testing. This means that customer’s requests can be accommodated in very reasonable time scales. It also means that new features are being added continuously.
