We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order. It is on our acceptance that a contract comes into effect between us.
Ownership for the goods transfers when we have been paid in full and delivery has taken place.
All products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unhappy to supply a product we reserve the right not to supply, but will inform you of this.
Specifications of a product may change at any time. If this occurs we will substitute, if you are unhappy with the replacement you may return it.
Returns Procedure
If you are not entirely happy with the product you have the right to return the product to us within seven working days. This condition is void if the product has been opened.
You the customer are solely responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. You must inform us within 48 hours of any damaged, defective or missing goods or delivery discrepancies.
If returning a product to us it is your responsibility to return the item in full e.g. manuals, booklets, disks etc. Failure to return all contents will affect your rights to a refund.
Refunds will be processed within thirty days from the date you requested a refund.
If returning a product, you must ensure that the item is properly protected and insured. Loss or damage of goods whilst being returned is the responsibility of the customer.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our website or by phone and claim a full refund. This does not apply in case where the seal has been broken and there is evidence that the product has been used. To cancel your order you must notify us as required within seven working days following the day of delivery.
Under Distance Selling Regulations if you wish to cancel your order it must be in writing, by fax or by e-mail. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted.
Goods returned must be in an unused and re-sellable condition. You are responsible for the cost of its safe return
Damaged, Defective or Faulty Goods
Products supplied must be used for the intended purpose, No responsibility will be taken for goods used unreasonably.
Products will be replaced after inspection, but replacement will not be automatic if misuse is detected.
Unwanted or Incompatible Goods
As outlined in section C cancellation has to be in writing within seven days of delivery.
Goods must be returned to us intact with the seals unbroken in the case of unwanted goods. In the case of incompatible goods a full refund is at our discretion.
Goods for return must be sent safely and at a cost to the customer.
Return of unwanted goods may be liable for a 10% restocking fee.
Prices and Payment
Special offers are subject to availability; supply cannot be assured and when the supplies have been exhausted no substitute can be offered.
Prices are correct at time of going to press and on our website but fluctuations in the price of items may occur. If there is a change in the price of goods you will be informed.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure at all times.
Delivery
Most goods should be delivered within seven days of order. Custom printed or bespoke products are normally delivered within 30 days. Unfortunately in a few cases this may take longer in which case you will be informed.
Computer Products
You are responsible for ensuring that all goods purchased are designed to work with your computer system. If you are unsure about compatibility please check with our sales team or on our website.
Products marked as Original Equipment Manufacturer License (OEM), are for sale to traders for the purpose of resale bundling with hardware systems.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure they satisfy all licence requirements, and IDxtra assume no responsibility for misuse of the licence.
General
IDXtra Ltd will not be liable for any claims which arise out of the supply of our products to you unless we are negligent, but we will not be liable in the event for any consequential loss, except where this is required by law.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we are not liable for any losses as a result of unauthorised access to information that has been provided by you.
