IDXtra are a Gladstone authorised VAR (Value Added Reseller) and offer you Gladstone transact as a complete solution for cashless payment tender which is available in modules so you can take the key elements for the functionality you require. Transact is designed for the UK Education Sector the software now means that students and children are no longer required to either carry around or pay for their establishment purchases with cash. Instead, parents or the students 'pre-load' their Cashless Accounts with funds, this process can either take place on site at a dedicated device, or online. In a secondary school in order to pay for the meal the account is accessed with the use of either an identity card (which we will supply), or in the case of a biometric deployment via fingerprint recognition, in order to purchase meals from the canteen.
Transact is a payment system designed for use in a modern education facility, utilising the web, cash and chip and pin kiosks, balance checkers and Epos systems to manage the day to day administration of education retail operations.
The system utilises a choice of either the KS-6715 series or the KS-7200 fan free 15"/17" touch terminal (5 gen base) with a rear facing customer display panel and the CR4000 standard slide cash drawer for tendering pre-payments. The touch terminal is pre-installed with Windows XP operating system.
